Swim-CKSDC Championship Meet Spindletop Country Club, 3414 Iron Works Pike Lexington, KY 40511 Start: 9:15 AM Warm-up: 7:20 AM End: 3:00 PM (estimated) This meet is for 11 & Ups ONLY! Do not sign your swimmer up if they are 10 & Under (their meet is on Monday)! Arrive at 7:10am* Warmups at 7:20-7:40am* Meet Starts at 9:15am *If you are like me and would prefer to not come so early, you have another option. Please arrive at 8am, our swimmers can then use the open lanes for warmup from 8:40-9:00am Tuesday’s events are for 11 and Up boys and girls. The day begins with the medley relays, then free, back, fly, breast, and free style relays.

Thu Jun 15 2023	Team and Individual Photos 410 Boone Ave. Winchester Country club Start: 5:00 PM End: 8:00 PM The team photo will be taken at 8:00. We hope to have as many team members as possible in the photo! We will also be offering individual photos as well. I will be there from 5:00 until time for the team photo. Kasey Moore Photography will be doing the photos again this year. Hope to see everyone there!

Fri Jun 2 2023	Posters, Pizza, and Popsicles Party WCC Patio Start: 11:00 AM End: 12:30 PM (estimated) Join us for our annual Posters, Pizza, and Popsicles Party! During the party, the swimmers & divers will sign and decorate their age group posters, and will be served pizza, water, and popsicles. The 8 & Unders who have practice until 11:30 will come to the party after practice is over. With 160 kids on the team, we will need help before, during, and after the event. Please consider signing up to help, working the party will count as one of your half-meet shifts!

Sun Jul 24 2022	2022 End of Season Banquet WCC Pool & Patio Start: 7:00 PM End: 10:00 PM (estimated) Join us for our WCC Swim & Dive End of Season Banquet! Be sure to RSVP so we can plan accordingly! Here are all of the details: -Begins @7pm @ the WCC Patio -Let’s “Glow” Crazy for our amazing season and wear neon! -Kids should also wear/bring their swimsuits, we will have fun relays and will have a glow in the dark swim -Seating will be limited, so please bring extra lawn chairs -We will provide pizza, kids' drinks, and a cash bar -The Southern Snowballs Truck will be there, we will provide one Snowball to each registered swimmer/diver, parents can purchase for non-registered siblings (swimmers/divers will receive a ticket) -Betty will be selling cotton candy (bring cash) -We are asking for families to bring a dessert to share (but don't feel obligated to) -Trophies will be presented to all swimmers, specialty trophies will be given for age group/gender MVP's, 110% Effort, and Most Improved -We will have a dunk tank and other fun activities -We will end the night down at the pool with our traditional relays and then glow in the dark swimming -Grandparents and siblings are welcome to attend, but please note that the banquet will be crowded, loud, and crazy, just like the meets! -We need volunteers to help the banquet run smoothly, so if you have not met your required 4 shifts, now is your chance to help!
